We visit the 1988 Led Zeppelin reunion for Atlantic Record’s 40th Anniversary. I give the backstory and context and explain the sound, and personal, issues which colored this performance. We hear a pretty killer Whole Lotta Love and Misty Mountain Hop as well.

We hear the entire set from Them Crooked Vultures from Sept. 27, 2022 in Los Angeles, for the Taylor Hawkins Memorial show. A nice tight three song set with an Elton John song, a TCV song, and a QOTSA song. Good stuff from a great band.

We listen to a beautiful Liriodendron remaster of Led Zeppelin on March 3, 1975 in Ft. Worth Texas. The sound is incredible as we hear No Quarter, Stairway, and a funky Whole Lotta Love. The funk is real. A great sounding soundboard.

We hear a NEW SOURCE for 8/21/71 and it sounds way better. Only the first 4 songs were taped before getting caught, but we hear ’em. Immigrant Song, Heartbreaker, SIBLY, & Black Dog all better than before. Super cool.

We hear a nice soundboard from Led Zeppelin playing the Summit in Houston 5/21/77. Bonzo is in overdrive and the show is fun. We hear Nobody’s Fault, No Quarter (a nice one), and an awesome Trampled Underfoot played as an encore. Power, Mystery, etc are all on hand.

July 26 , 1995 Wembley Arena. Page/Plant on their triumphant reunion tour. Great stuff. We hear Wanton Song, a stellar In the Evening (enhanced by 2 orchestras and a middle eastern percussion section), and a rollicking epic Kashmir. A great show from a time. Nice recording as well.
